We had not needed a real estate agent for a long time so were a bit 'green' on who to approach. After a lot of market research we decided to approach Richard Hartles and Wei Sen to sell our parent's home in Flagstaff. Also, Richard came recommended from two of our work colleagues who had sold with him in the past and they highly recommended him. We felt like we would be in safe hands. On first meeting Richard, we were quickly reassured as he took time to really understand the essence of our parent's home we were selling and the special place it was for our family. He also had excellent knowledge of the area and its history plus what a great place Flagstaff and surrounding areas are to live in. We had regular updates with Richard and were more than happy with how the campaign went. Currently, the market is not easy for sellers and Richard reassured us and let us know regularly what was happening. We hope the new owners will be just as happy in the home as our parents and family were.
