Liam was the only agent that I felt was actually listening ... really listening to what I wanted to achieve with regards to timeframes and price. I met Grant at an open home and found him really helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Later that day I met him at another open home for the house I now own. That house was being sold by auction, and Ross made sure I was registered, that I understood the process and had all the right documentation for decision making. He checked in with me prior to, and on the actual date, and was very easy and professional to deal with. He definitely made the whole experience a happy one, and even introduced me to my next door neighbour! I have since recommended Grant to two friends thinking of purchasing in Waikanae, because he obviously knows the area like the back of his hand.
