He communicated with us promptly and regularly, even when that was difficult because we were away and not always in cellphone coverage. He developed a friendly relaxed relationship with us, but was always very professional in his approach and showed a meticulous attention to detail. He always had time for any questions we had. He maintained good contact with us after a conditional agreement had been signed up. He is very experienced, with great knowledge of the local real estate market.
