Urszula, Tim and Haley are the consummate professionals, enthusiastic, friendly and great to deal with. From the first contact, this is THE team that delivered on all levels. Always attentive and readily available, with up to the minute Real Estate knowledge that could not be faulted. Communication was always fast and accurate, definitely an eye for detail and nothing was ever too difficult. An absolute pleasure to deal with and highly recommended. Thank you Urszula for the fantastic service AND awesome Auction result!

Urszula was very very easy to deal with. Being the first home I have sold, this process was made stress free as the communication was always clear and felt I was always kept in the loop throughout the marketing and sale campaign. Would recommend to anyone in the Christchurch area!

We cannot thank Urszula, Wendy and the Bayleys Team enough for everything they have done in preparation, marketing and selling our house in Lincoln. We were out of town sellers and we left it in their capable hands and they handled all the stages with great communication and did everything that needed to be done to get the house sold. We were uncertain about auctioning our property but they stepped us through the process and they obtained an outstanding result for us. Thank you so much Urszula Bedggood and Wendy Miles and your Bayleys team

Urszula made selling my first home easy. She went the extra mile to ensure I understood the process and had any support I needed, on top of running an excellent sale process. She has indepth knowledge about the market and potential buyers in the area and had a personal relationship with many of the people who came to view the home - which was very helpful come auction day. Very happy with outcome, so thank you Urszula!

We worked primarily with Haley during the whole process of putting our house on the market through to auction. At every stage she was patient and reassuring and answered all our questions, no matter how silly they were! As first-timers, we had little knowledge and experience to call on, and Haley was able to allay all our fears and worries and help us to relax and just enjoy the rollercoaster ride that is selling a house! We highly recommend using Haley and her Bayley's team to anyone buying or selling in Christchurch. Thank you so much Haley and team!!!

To Whom it may concern, I was in two minds about who to approach to sell my Lincoln property. I’d been recommended to use Urszula Bedggood and her team with Tim and Haley so gave them a go, and after a few weeks of advertising the house sold at auction well above where I thought it would go. The whole process was really transparent and stressless and I couldn’t fault them as a team. Recommend them highly on their service and ability to deliver on the promise. Regards Terry Charleston

We were very impressed with her area knowledge and she ticked all the boxes for honesty, communication, professionalism, advice and guidance. She kept us in the loop through the whole sale process and absorbed quite a lot of our stress. Thank you very much Urszula !

Urszula is a very energetic person with a fantastic personality, she is a great communicator and doesn't give in even when things get tough.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with you and your team with the recent sale of our house. From start to finish you made the process stress free. Before we engaged your services we did speak with a number of other agents. The big difference we noticed immediately with you was that you took the time to explain the process fully and get to know us and our situation. In addition the extra little things such as suggestions to help make the kids more comfortable throughout the process was huge for us. I’m so glad we didn’t decide to go down the private sale path as I have no doubt we wouldn’t have got the price we did for the property and it certainly wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did. Megan and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others and will definitely be engaging your services again when we are ready to get back into the market.

Have had Urszula as an agent previously so used her knowledge and experience again. Makes selling a house very easy.

We cannot thank Urszula Beddgood and Tim Dyer enough for helping us in the journey of selling our home at Goh st. Very efficient, clear, professional, helpful and really more than just agents it felt like friends at the end. They sold our house at the very challenging times just after the lockdown. Urszula and Tim are high level professionals. They communicated superbly every step of the way and were super supportive all the time including the process of the moving out. We are very grateful for you being our agents and appreciate your great work

Right from my first contact with the Bayleys team of Urszula Bedggood, Tim Dyer and Haley Smith their professionalism, proactive approach and attention to detail shone through. Urszula was empathetic and gave me welcome support at a difficult time. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Urszula and her team to everybody buying or selling a property.”
