Urszula stood by us through good times and bad during our campaign. She never gave up and was constantly on the ball. Her customer service is something others should aspire to, and she is incredibly accessible. I can't recommend Urszula enough to others who are considering selling their property, you will be in safe and capable hands!
Working with Urszula and her team as a buyer I was thoroughly impressed by the dedicated, professional service she displayed throughout the process, especially working extremely hard for her clients. Her focus was to get the best for her clients whilst maintaining a knowledgeable, helpful and sincere service to us as purchasers. We would recommend Urszula and her team when selling as we saw first hand the excellent work in securing the best price possible for her sellers!
Haley was great to work with. Knowledgeable and approachable, the process was straightforward and with a laugh or two along the way, a great experience. Thank you.
From start to successful sale of property Urszula went that extra mile for us she advised on all aspects re the process, she was always positive and encouraging with total consideration to our needs, keeping us informed and always being available. Professional, Friendly and More. Urszula was recommended to us and we would recommend her to others. Total satisfaction throughout.
Urszula kept the process easy and smooth throughout with prompt and fast responses and knowledgeable advice
Haley was amazing; she has been awesome throughout the whole process of selling my home / move into our new home. We felt like we were working with a trusted friend rather than a real estate agent. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Haley and will recommend her to everyone we know!
Haley was truly exceptional; we found our dream home and she bent over backwards to make it happen for us. We felt like we were working with a trusted friend rather than a real estate agent. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Haley and will recommend her to everyone we know!
Urszula, Haley and Amber are very professional agents and very efficient. The whole sale process was quick and smooth. Urszula also gave me a lot of help beyond selling the property. She helped to look after our lawn and decorated our garden after we moved to Auckland. And Urszula also recommended a business sale agent when I asked. She is excellent with a big, warm heart. I am grateful to have met her. My husband and I are really appreciative of everything she has done for us!
Most professional and amiable approach to the whole operation and brought it to a successful conclusion without stress or worry due to their market knowledge.
Urszula as always very responsive knowledgeable and helpful.. top marks !
Haley is a very experienced agent. We are grateful for her expertise and the joy that she shows in her work. She is very professional in dealing with us and very helpful and always ready to answer any questions we ask. Work done fast and she goes an extra mile to make sure we are happy. The result of her work shows in the home we have . We love our new home . The process was fast and no time wasted. Thank you Haley you the best .
We felt comfortable in dealing with Haley from the get go - a no nonsense attitude and straight down to business in a very professional manner accompanied with a touch of humour. Because we had put a deposit on a home, the plan suggested was a no brainer and with a bit of guidance, the photograph session and three open days went like clockwork. We were kept informed about open days and enquiry emails throughout and were very pleased to get a satisfactory sale. Her skills and knowledge were outstanding and we would gladly recommend her to friends and family.
