Working with Urszula and her team during the selling process of our house, and purchasing our new house, was a far better experience than we thought selling/buying a house would be. Urszula stuck with us through a lengthier campaign, with what seemed like a trickier market. She was full of plenty of market knowledge, advice, full of ideas to promote our property, gave it her all, and was a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Her communication was great, professional and Haley was also a pleasure to work with. She got along great with our kids which was important to us, and was easy to talk to about any concerns or questions regarding the selling of our property, or purchasing our new property. We would highly recommend to anyone selling within the Christchurch area.

Urszsula was very helpful and obliging at our viewing and followed up any requests we. We were very pleased to have her knowledge and assessment of the market. well done

We loved working with Urszula during a very busy time of our lives where we really didn't want a bar of the whole selling process. We chose to move out early, stage our home and rent elsewhere. This was supported by Urszula and meant we basically handed things over and she did the rest. Out of sight, out of mind. Her experience is such that we felt comfortable in doing this: she seems to have a really deep understanding of both the selling AND buy experience and just seems to find that sweet spot. I would say she has added a lot to the final result. I did briefly consider whether we should try and sell our own home but in hindsight, I'm so glad we didn't!

We were very lucky to get Urszula for purchasing our new home. Urszula and her team are lovely to work with, professional and onto it, she doesn't miss a beat, keeping the process as simple as it can be. She is very knowledgeable and honest about both the house buying/selling process and the area were buying in. Urszula kept in very good contact, sometimes just to check in with how you were doing. We would recommend her and her team.

Urszula and Bianca were great to work with. Excellent communication and support. There to go the extra mile. many thanks to you both. Shona and Greg

Haley was professional not pushy like some agents we have met in the past! She always responded quickly and effectively to any query or issue that we had. Haley went beyond her job title to make sure we were happy with our home purchase. Thanks Haley 😊

Our planned sale was well known to Haley when we were originally planning our new house build and its timeframe. The preparation and method of house sale, were recommended to best fit into our specific timescale, together with a realistic expectations of the price range our house was likely to achieve. With generally falling house prices, we were very pleased to receive a good offer from buyer, with no financial conditions, that also fitted in with our planned house completion date, all within 10 days of going to market. The good advice received throughout regarding the current market and marketing plan was great. The feedback from the two open homes, on the strengths and weaknesses of those interested was great making our decision on the right offer to accept, very straight forward.

Urszula was exceptional to deal with. She was very professional, experienced and went above and beyond to help us through the sell of our property.

Urszula took a very straight up honest approach while dealing with us and our purchase. She was direct, concise and communication was great. We appreciated the opportunity given to meet the vendors prior to settlement. In love with our new home.

Hayley was fantastic. Her responses were quick to any and all questions we had and she was so flexible to meet with for additional viewings etc. Highly recommend Hayley for a friendly, helpful, prompt and professional service. Looking forward to being neighbours! Thanks Hayley for helping us with our dream home!

We are so grateful for Urszula and her team. They sold our property in a short time frame, were very clear with communication and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. We feel Urszula went above and beyond and we truly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us, you made what we thought would be a stressful process, a very smooth one.

Haley was great to deal with from when we first approached her (and being unsure of whether we were ready to sell) right through to the sale. She gave us honest and upfront information, kept us informed of every step of the process and was lovely to deal with through it all. Haley went over and above to navigate the property being tenanted and made the process so easy for us given we no longer live in Christchurch. 100% recommend Haley and the team and would use her again in a heartbeat!
