We’ve bought and sold several places over the years and typically been left wondering what we paid for. Not this time though, we very definitely got the level of service promised and then much more besides. Working with Urszula and her team during the selling process of our house, and purchasing our new house, was a far better experience than we thought selling/buying a house would be. Urszula stuck with us through a lengthier campaign, with what seemed like a trickier market. We loved working with Urszula during a very busy time of our lives where we really didn't want a bar of the whole selling process. We chose to move out early, stage our home and rent elsewhere. This was supported by Urszula and meant we basically handed things over and she did the rest. Out of sight, out of mind. Her experience is such that we felt comfortable in doing this: she seems to have a really deep understanding of both the selling AND buy experience and just seems to find that sweet spot. I would say she has added a lot to the final result. I did briefly consider whether we should try and sell our own home but in hindsight, I'm so glad we didn't!

Our planned sale was well known to Haley when we were originally planning our new house build and its timeframe. The preparation and method of house sale, were recommended to best fit into our specific timescale, together with a realistic expectations of the price range our house was likely to achieve. With generally falling house prices, we were very pleased to receive a good offer from buyer, with no financial conditions, that also fitted in with our planned house completion date, all within 10 days of going to market. The good advice received throughout regarding the current market and marketing plan was great. The feedback from the two open homes, on the strengths and weaknesses of those interested was great making our decision on the right offer to accept, very straight forward.
