Andrew was selling the house we recently purchased. While there were a couple of things we felt frustrated about during the process, overall it was a smooth and easy transaction. Its a good reminder that the selling agent works for the seller... not the buyer. We felt Andrew had generally really good communication when we really needed it. Everything was communicated in a timely way and we appreciated he was more 'cut the bullshit' kind of attitude. Andrew seemed to have very good knowledge of the Hastings area.
