We have experienced Alicia’s good work ethic as both purchasers and vendors. My initial brief to her was the need for honesty, transparency and a quick sale ( due to previous negative experiences from other agencies). Bingo - within 24 hours of commencing the marketing of our property we had an offer. These purchasers were eventually successful - once they had sold their home. In the meantime we were presented two strong back up offers. Really we couldn’t have asked for more. Alicia deserves to do well in her chosen career path as a Real Estate agent.

We had recently moved down from Auckland and came upon Leonie at an open home in Hastings . That house did not suit us but another did that one of her colleagues was marketing. Because she impressed us I asked her if she could show us through which she duly did and how lucky were we. We liked this house and it suited our needs. We learnt that it had a conditional offer on it but was advised we could evoke the cash out clause which we did. This took a lot of time and strident negotiations, and here is where Leonie’s professionalism, patience and experience shone. Her high level of communication and her ability to listen resulted in the sale. Where at times it was difficult and we were prepared to walk away her open affable, warm and friendly personality saved the day. We would highly recommend her .

Alisha Kennedy from Tremains was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly easy to deal with, refreshingly down-to-earth and not at all like a (in my experience) typical "pushy real estate agent". She spoke openly and honestly, which made her very likeable and trustworthy. Alisha stayed in great contact - often reaching out right when I was about to message her, without ever being pushy. She was also super patient and accommodating while we went to loads of the open homes to the point of looking like stalkers.. Highly recommend using Alisha!
