the first viewing of the property he sent his PA but no contact to inform me of this. So was sitting outside the property waiting. his PA turned up and after 10mins went and asked if she was there to show me the property. When I decided to put in an offer couldn't get hold of him left messages but didn't phone or text back. rung his PA found out he was sick. hadn't diverted call etc. when offer was accepted tried to ring again this time no answer again left messages. so had to ring PA again to find out he was on a plane to Australia. this whole time the only time I had spoken to him was when I asked to view the house. when I went to have a walk thought the week before settlement ( was rented so have 90 days from going unconditional) the people in the house had burnt a hole in the carpet. he knew about it but had put a bit of carpet over it to try and hide it. never said anything till I spotted it and moved the bit of carpet. he knew it was there due to when I asked about it he said it happened over the weekend. when I closed and when to pick up keys no hand shake etc. just gave me the key and a restaurant voucher and went back to his office. the day after found the hot water wasn't working rang Andrew to inform him of it. said he would get on to the seller never heard anything back. when I rung the next day he said he couldn't get hold of the seller will ring me later never did. I had to get it fixed 4 days after settling so I could move in. 3 months later after talking to his manger he got hold of the seller. nothing ever happened he just wiped his hands of it. as well two of the council recycling $18 each for new ones (chattels) were missing when I got the keys but they were there the day before when I did the final walk though the day before. he just said not there problem. will not recommend!!
