Noel and Janine made everything Easy Peasy!

Couldn't have asked for a better agent!
Noel was exactly the agent we'd hoped for to sell our property. We were looking for someone personable who was easy to work, someone who could talk to potential buyers about our land, sell the dream and the surrounding area without being "salesy" and someone that our potential buyers could trust. Noel ticked all these boxes. He was hard working, communicated on all major updates and well exceeded timeline expectations. He brought us multiple offers most of which were a lot better than we expected which shows that he convinced potential buyers to put their best foor forward. Closing out the deal and the details that come after signing went very smoothly. We couldn'd have asked for a better agent than Noel!

Very Professional Agent
As a buyer I found Noel to be incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. Even though there were a lot of buyers interested in the property I purchased, and he would have been very busy, he answered all my questions in a prompt and professional manner, he kept in close contact throughout the whole buying process and I felt confident in all his answers.
