Noel is very professional, honest, prompt in his dealings with us and he knows what he is doing. We live in Auckland and I fully entrusted the sale of our property in Omokoroa with him and his communication skill is superb plus being patient is also his virtue.

Couldn't have asked for a better agent!
Noel was exactly the agent we'd hoped for to sell our property. We were looking for someone personable who was easy to work, someone who could talk to potential buyers about our land, sell the dream and the surrounding area without being "salesy" and someone that our potential buyers could trust. Noel ticked all these boxes. He was hard working, communicated on all major updates and well exceeded timeline expectations. He brought us multiple offers most of which were a lot better than we expected which shows that he convinced potential buyers to put their best foor forward. Closing out the deal and the details that come after signing went very smoothly. We couldn'd have asked for a better agent than Noel!
