We have had our house on the market for 9 months /6 months with Tall Poppy, 3 months with Harcourts/. During that time we did not get any offers. Then I heard some really good comments about Tremains/ Brent Bastin team/ and we decided to have a go with them. Started marketing on Wednesday, first open home on Sunday/ 6 groups through, which never happened with neither of the companies/, had a very strong interest at the first open home, an offer next week - SOLD!! It took other agencies 9 months and NO SALE, Tremains sold it in 2 weeks. Very impressed! Good job!

I have no hesitation in recommending Noel as a sales agent. Our situation was complicated in that I was acting on behalf of a friend who was selling her property after no longer being able to live in it due to health reasons. Neither of us were in the Tauranga area throughout the sale process and so, as sole agent, Noel was our "man on the ground". Noel was very professional and helpful throughout, he organised the preparation of the property for sale and kept us appraised of all developments so we were well informed and able to make appropriate decisions around marketing, maintenance of the property while on the market and during the auction itself. When unforeseen circumstances crept up he acted quickly to fix the issues. He attended all the open days and was thorough in his follow up with potential buyers. Our eventual purchasers we also extremely impressed with Noel and said they would definitely recommend him also!
