Highly experienced and responsive agent offering excellent advice .

Kelvin was recommended to me as an agent who had an in-depth knowledge of the area within which I was selling. This certainly proved to be the case and he offered excellent advice on the method of sale and how to pitch the property. The result was a sale within only a few days of listing. Through the process Kelvin was so good at keeping me informed on where things were at and talking through and explaining a multi offer situation which was handled by Tremains in a very professional manner. I couldn't recommend Kelvin highly enough.

Absolute professional wrapped up in a genuinely nice person.

Sara always seemed to understand my questions or concerns and could put them to rest with her extensive knowledge and just the right amount of humour when needed. Her energy, enthusiasm and genuine care for her clients is amazing and was very much appreciated by me. Buying or selling is stressful and Sara definitely does everything possible to reduced that.
