We first dealt with Kelvin when looking at Apartments in Napier, we didn't find what we wanted on our first visit but Kelvin contacted us when another apartment came on to the market that he thought we would consider. Kelvin showed us through and spent a couple of hours with us, we had made our minds up from the minute that we walked in, that this was the apartment for us. Kelvin handled the negotiation process very professionally and was always available to respond to any questions we had. We were in a position to make an unconditional offer and were delighted when we won the tender.
