We had Julian sell our property in Tora, after it had been with another agency for months. Julian listened to our requests and achieved us what we had originally wanted, even though we were told by others it wasn’t realistic. He is hard working, kept us well informed, stayed firm on our price, and went the extra mile. I had a great experience with Jamie selling my house recently. The market was difficult and I suspect that my garden was too big for many buyers as well. Not only was Jamie always upbeat and positive about my sale but when I was ready to give up she wasn't and with a little more persistent got a buyer at almost what I wanted. To me this was a minor miracle but it was also a direct result of her tenacity. Add to this her sunny personality and a shared love of dogs making her absolutely fabulous. I would definitely use Jamie again if the need arose.

Jaime was super helpful during the buying process, answering all our questions along the way. She knew a lot about the home, the area and the locals. She was easy to chat to about the different features of the home, and keen to show us things we wanted to see, like the foundations and the bore system. She was proactive with letting us know about developments with the property next door which might have impacted our interest, and had a great list of local builders who could do the inspection so we didn't have to do the admin on finding one. She was also wonderful with helping us identify the different fruit trees on the property, which is a major selling point for me. I can't wait to make jams next summer! We're also really grateful to the vendors of the property for their willingness to work with our conditional offer - Jaime must have conveyed to them just how in love with this home we are :) Thanks a lot Jaime and the Tremains team!
