Jaime has now sold two houses for us, one was an investment property and the latest our family home of some 7 years. We entered a buoyant market that suddenly went crazy - Omicron came along, interest rates were going up and the war in Ukraine began - not to mention 2 weather bombs at the start of our campaign! Our campaign was amazing - a lot of buyers came through but many had seen a change in their borrowing ability almost overnight. Jaime was NEVER down beat, she promoted our home like it was her own and we found in her a genuine partnership where she was agile and able to share her market knowledge with us to change our strategy - and it worked! If an agent can sell your home in tough or changing times you have a 'keeper'. We've found one in Jaime. And just to add the icing on the cake, even after we had sold and moved both my wife and I came down with COVID and our nearest family is in Wellington - Jaime offered to shop and drop for us. Our requirements for our new house purchase were quite distinct and demanding. Jaime worked closely with us as we navigated a very difficult list of potential purchases and refined and honed our target to the one we eventually bought. Sometimes compromises have to be made, and throughout all this, Jaime was an island of calmness and serenity. There were times I wondered whether she ever slept; she always seemed to be around, on the phone or doing things at all hours to guide us through to our promised land.
