This property was in my family for a very long time and was being sold as part of my late father’s estate so there was a lot of emotion with the sale. Shari was warm and caring and put no pressure on me with regards to selling but once I made up my mind to sell she was the right lady for the job. Shari was confident I was going to get a sale when others previously before her had fallen through and as promised she delivered and the house was sold! Shari kept me up to date with other similar properties in the area for sale and also made helpful suggestions on what may help the house to sell.. she even had a friend clean up the property for me at no extra charge as I was not able to get there to do it myself.
