Mala was amazing to work with, we were not in the country for the sale of our home which could have made this a very stressful process, but Mala put our minds at ease and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much, from liaising with the staging company, trades and power providers to even carrying out some of the handy work herself! Mala took care of everything and truly went above and beyond to assist in the sale of our home. Due to a negative past experience with a different agency we were not planning to sell with an estate agent this time around, but due to personal circumstances we had need to. If we had known how easy Mala made the process and the great service she provided we would not have hesitated. We have sold several houses over the years and Mala is far and away the best agent we have ever worked with, would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of selling.

As a out of town buyer, I found Megan's communication's fantastic either via email, txt or phone. Megan has been more than accommodating to my needs and also very welcoming with a friend I had organized to view the property on my behalf. Megan's professionalism working between the vendor and myself to negotiate the best outcome for both parties was second to none. Megan has made the whole process such a breeze. From when I first showed an interest in the property, through all the next processes along the way to handing over the keys on the settlement date. Megan has a wonderful personality. Mala was extremely warm and friendly from the first moment we met her. Mala was so accommodating and never rushed us to make decisions.
