As well as the lower fees which was very appealing, we were also very impressed with Megan. She didn't over-inflate the sale price expectations and was very realistic with her suggestions and comments before going to market. It has been over 25 years since we were last involved with selling a house and a lot has changed and Megan provided us with expert guidance and advice throughout the process. Megan advised we go with a deadline sale, which we did, and it worked. The house sold after receiving multiple offers. Megan kept us informed every step of the way and was always pleasant to deal with. As the property was an estate, it involved extra steps from a legal perspective and she dealt with it all with no issues. We were very happy with the final sale price.
