Alice was a pleasure to work with. Very professional but also easy going. I felt like the whole process was smooth, and I I was well informed throughout. I needed to sell in a buyers market and was very stressed and despondent. I had tried with other agents but no luck. I had Grant and Clare recommended to me as the best in business. Fortunately for me, this proved to be true. They knew the area, the market, and understood what the buyers would be looking for.
