We visited an open home Ramon had on the day before an offer was due and liked it enough to make a last-minute offer. As a first-time buyer in NZ, this was a foreign process and Ramon was there through from the offer stage to getting our keys. It was a longer process than normal, but Ramon communicated everything very well and very flexible to our schedule. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had expected.
