I have been most impressed by Glenn. There have been some tight timelines for both the seller and ourselves, such that a few hours delay at the wrong moment could have led to a lot of frustration. That this has never happened is tribute to the speed and clarity of Glenn's communication. There have been many emails, including quite a number on weekends and outside business hours. I am grateful for how smoothly the process has run and Glenn deserves much of the credit for this!

In 2013 we were looking for a place in Wellington, and had contacted and talked to a few agents. Warrick was the only one that seemed actively involved in helping us find the home we wanted. After looking at a few places, he was successful and showed us the home we owned for nearly a decade. In 2022, when we decided to sell, we went straight back to Warrick as we knew he would work hard to sell our house. If we are looking to buy or sell again in Wellington, I will call Warrick.

Warrick took on the challenge of selling my house despite it having a major problem of unknown size. He gave great advice that got it quickly to market and attracted a large amount of attention, then persisted with the few really likely purchasers, making connections for them and solving problems that they couldn't solve alone. Kept me well updated and talked me through process and options. Price came in about where expected, despite the falling market. Warrick is cheerful and optimistic, knows the market and the players in it very well. He also gave great advice on a purchase I was making, particularly around the history of some buildings and developers. And he took the time to help me work out what I was really looking for.
