Glenn was quite relaxed and straightforward about the process - which was nice. My only real criticism is that there was nothing done around the purchasing process to make things feel "special", the little things were overlooked such as a hamper or letter once the property was purchased - which was somewhat disappointing. Outside of that, the service was good.
