She was lovely to work with, lots of fun and incredibly grounded. She was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, even helping us get back to work after one of the viewings. She went above and beyond what I expected of a real estate agent and is the sort of person that could improve the reputation of real estate agents overall.

I can't recommend Chris and Will more. They were good communicators and very clear on the sales process and where things were at through-out. They are very responsive on the Whatsapp group they set up and always got in touch regarding viewings and provided feedback after viewings and open homes. They proved to be resilient in a slow market and kept working hard even after we had a conditional offer providing me with certainty and an outcome. David is an experienced operator. Great communication, great market knowledge, great negotiation skills, very polished and professional. Tick tick tick. But added to that: We were very nervous selling in winter, in a tricky Wellington market, but David was reassuring and confident just when we needed it. No rosey story, he tells it as it is, but he is steady. We know that when it comes to selling a house, it comes down to who comes through the door on the day, but we had every confidence that all interested parties were followed up with and all relevant info passed on efficiently. He was available when we needed him and he always replied quickly to any queries from us. We are so grateful to David for his work ethic and sector smarts.
