Renee was very professional but also down to earth and so easy to work with. Her communication skills are next level. Absolutely nothing was a problem to her. She walked us through the process at every step and is so friendly. She knows the market very well and is a true professional. I would highly recommend her to others and will be using her again myself. We also met Ganesh and he too was very professional and friendly. A fantastic experience! Great communication throughout the process. Very impressed with the extras that they happily organised, such as a property inspection, cleaners and staging. Market knowledge was very evident and negotiation skills lead to a quick and successful sale. We would certainly use Ganesh if we were buying or selling again.
