Our Experience Working with Ganesh Rout
We initially chose Ganesh to sell our property due to his professional presentation and obvious energy and love for real estate .It was not an easy time to be in the market due to a large number of listings and high interest rates .It was very helpful to be kept promptly updated as to buyer interest and feedback after each open home and he was always available to discuss any queries as he has a good understanding of the market . A sale resulted and I would without hesitation work with him again .

Would recommend
Ganesh took over our listing after a previous unsuccessful listing. He was professional and had good systems and processes to make e.g signing documents easy. He stayed in contact and was available when needed. I would highly recommend him and his team- realistic, approachable and hard working.
