Ganesh and the team were lovely to work with. The main things we wanted were good communication and diligent follow through, and they delivered on both. They provided lots of updates throughout the process, and were always quick to message potential buyers to gauge interest, answer questions, and schedule more inspections. Ganesh, Renee and Polly were all really approachable, and I think that helped a lot. We sold in a pretty hard market with lots of houses available and not that many buyers, so there's only so much a realtor can do. It took us about three months, but it's nice knowing it wasn't for lack for trying. They always scheduled two open homes in the weekend, and usually one during the week, and we didn't quite realize that that's a lot more than others. Now that we're properly looking for our next property, I really wish more realtors did this! Having only one per week is super annoying, especially when you have a young family and are time poor. We'd absolutely recommend Ganesh and the team, and we wish more realtors were like them.
