I can’t say enough good things about Lizzie as my property manager! She is absolutely fantastic. Her communication is top-notch—she’s always quick to respond and keeps me in the loop about everything. I’ve never had to worry about a missed payment, and I love how organized and on top of things she is. The house inspections she conducts are incredibly thorough, and I can tell she genuinely cares about my properties and their upkeep. Lizzie goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job, and I feel so lucky to have her managing my properties. Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better property manager! 10/10 recommend!

To whom it may it concern I am writing in regards to the way Lizzie dealt with the tenant at 9A Turenne Street. I had phone calls from several neigbours complaining about the tenants' behaviour which included high noise a lot of the time, some of the young guys hanging around were intimidating a couple of the neighbours that spoke out. After so many complaints, I spoke to Lizzie to say I would like to give them notice. I consulted Lizzie for advice, and she was immensely helpful and professional in dealing with a volatile situation. To have the tenants leave the property on time and with minimal damage was a huge relief not just for us but also the tenant in the attached dwelling.
