We’ve been landlords for several years with properties managed by The Agency. When Vicki came on board last year she blew us away with just how awesome she was to deal with. We had a difficult situation (not the fault of the landlord or tenant) that was outside of everyone’s area of expertise. I can’t say enough good things about Lizzie as my property manager! She is absolutely fantastic. Her communication is top-notch—she’s always quick to respond and keeps me in the loop about everything. I’ve never had to worry about a missed payment, and I love how organized and on top of things she is. The house inspections she conducts are incredibly thorough, and I can tell she genuinely cares about my properties and their upkeep. Lizzie goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job, and I feel so lucky to have her managing my properties. Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better property manager! 10/10 recommend!
