I’ve dealt with more than my fair share of agents and Lesley has been one of the best. She was very accomodating around viewings, prompt with communication, and has a straight up approach. It’s been great working with her on this purchase.
I felt very comfortable selling my house with Lesley & Steve. Their knowledge of the market was spot on. What I found most beneficial to me and the family was they undertook the organising of the house wash, interior clean and staging to obtain a saleable property. The house looked a million dollars after staging. They were only a phone call away if I had questions. We as a family were most impressed with the service they provided. Have no hesitation in recommending Lesley.
We recently purchased a property through Lesley, Steve and Georgia. There communication was fantastic with rapid replies to emails, and the most important part for us, was that not once did we feel they were pushy for answers. They make a fantastic team and would highly recommend.
Right from the outset Lesley was so helpful, super efficient, professional and gave us sound advice! Her market knowledge was spot on! She always provided updates, and set realistic goals. I would recommend Lesley to anyone who is buying or selling, as she will go the extra distance to get a great result for you!
Thank you so much Lesley and Georgia for all the support throughout the process! Great communication and support!
Lesley was a great help when I had any questions about the property or purchasing process. Her firm negotiation skills, and extensive experience contribute to her quality of being a very knowledgeable individual.
Lesley & Steve were great to deal with. They provided great advice that helped us to make informed decisions and to lock in a sale. They communicated regularly with us through written reports, email, text and in-person meetings and kept us in the loop with how things were progressing. We would certainly use their services again in the future and recommend them to others.
Lesley and Steve supported us through the process. We valued their knowledge and expertise.
What a journey over 5 months ! Wouldn't have wanted any others yet the sound advice & support given by Lesley Steve & Georgia , going to miss our chats ;)
Lesley, Steve and Georgia guided us through the process of selling our home and at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision we were uncomfortable with. We appreciated their feedback getting our home ready for presentation to the market and this showed during open home process. Their communication via email and phone made us feel valued as a client. Throughout the entire process they were friendly and genuine about selling our property. We would not hesitate to recommend Lesley and Steve to anyone considering selling their property, you will not be disappointed.
