Even though the sale of my Mum's house was conducted 700km from my residence I felt the sale of 23 Routley went off sweetly thanks to the effort of Sothenby's team (led by Lesley) and their good communication. I also believe the assistance of a "staging" at the house was most beneficial. The sales booklet was eye-catching.
