We ended up selling in a very strong buyers' market to secure a property we really wanted. Right from the beginning Lesley, Steve and Georgia guided us seamlessly through that process. Based on their knowledge of the market, they always provided great advice on all aspects of not just selling our property but purchasing our new one. They gave us a feeling of strong confidence that we would make a successful sale even in the difficult economic climate.
