Jeremy has made the process of selling a house appear easy and carefree.. He does all the hard work and I just sign the papers :-). I was initially just curious about selling the house, had no idea of how the market in Auckland was doing as I have lived in Australia for the past 5 years, and was referred to Jeremy by family members, one who had purchased a house from him, and the other was in the process of selling a house through Jeremy. He just presents the facts and provides you with a well researched educated opinion. Several video calls later, marketing is decided, quotes provided for staging, I sign papers then kick back and relax, whilst Jeremy runs around and does all the work to get the house ready for market...lol Within a couple of days the first offer comes in, then by Friday of that week all offers are bought to the table and a contract is signed....

He had researched properties on the market near me and advised negotiation as best way to sell my house, which it was. Neal is easy to talk to and answered texts and emails quickly. He advised me well on open homes and bringing people through as well as explaining legal requirements on documentation. Most professional.
