Jeremy has made the process of selling a house appear easy and carefree.. He does all the hard work and I just sign the papers :-). I was initially just curious about selling the house, had no idea of how the market in Auckland was doing as I have lived in Australia for the past 5 years, and was referred to Jeremy by family members, one who had purchased a house from him, and the other was in the process of selling a house through Jeremy. So I reached out to Jeremy who was actually sitting in my mothers lounge at the time to get the ball rolling. Jeremy did his homework on my property, the area and the current market and presented this back to me via a video conference session for me to decide.
