Neal is a considered communicator who listens, offers alternatives when needed and has in-depth knowledge of the market. He is super friendly while remaining professional at all times. Unfortunately my first two sales fell through, which was nothing to do with Neal and entirely due to some issues with my house. Neal helped me pivot, negotiate and sell my house via a different method, which worked. Overall, I would highly recommend Neal to take care of your real estate needs, hence my 5 star rating.

Froom start to finish Neal was a professional. Although buying a house can be scary, Neal put us at ease and ensured we were given what we needed to make an informed decision. His communication was top notch and on time throughout. Extremely knowledgeable about he area as well as the property itself. We can see why vendors are happy to list with him and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property in future.


Neal and Megs communicated their knowledge of the housing market in our area of Titirangi even before we signed up with them. The months we chose to sell were perhaps not the best for vendors, but they found a buyer and we were in our new place in 3.5 months. We were unprepared for all the negotiating both before a formal offer, once the offer was made, and yet again after the building report. Since we hadn't sold a house in 25 years, it would have been helpful to have some forewarning of this, as it would have helped us pace our drop in asking price better. We were very happy with how Neal kept in touch, and appreciated the advice he gave. He faithfully showed up for open homes over the Christmas holidays (and were glad he took at least Christmas day off!) We would certainly recommend him to potential vendors.
