I recently sold a house with Jeremy Marple real estate agent .The process I had 110% confidence in having Jeremy selling my house He was honest , provided great feedback, helped explained everything very clearly. Jeremy, he has a wealth of knowledge within the real estate industry and managed the actual sales negotiation brilliantly he was very committed to achieving the best in selling my home & I will be forever grateful. In addition, he was extremely responsive& prompt to every one of my questions, no matter how small and follow up months after the sale to assure everything was fine . He really listens to clients and goes the extra mile his professionalism, personality, attention to detail is amazing. I had great confidence in Jeremy ability to close the deal and was Outstanding & made sure that I was updated to what was happening!!! Neil is such a kind and sympathetic person that I can't praise him enough for his patience and professional competence during a rather difficult purchase process. The Concil had mixed up numbers within the Complex, refering to no 23 as number 24(My new home) during a "Change of usage form Hall to Dwelling house" for no. 23. As there was no CC on 24, for that procesas there was no "New CC" for number 24. Neil was most forbearing throughout the process of verification. ie that my home, 24, was never changed as far as "Usage " was concerned, and has always been a Dwelling since erected, and as it was built before Councils had to issue a CC, no CC is needed. So sweet. The sale could go through.But it did mean we had to take up Neil's time, and he was wonderfully helpful throughout the process. Even though it left very little time for clearing furniture etc from 24, he arranged for the coincidence of the Settlement dates, so I didn't have to arrange Storage, and alternative Accommodation for myself and my belongings. Thank you Neil.
