Jacqui and team took care of the sale of our family home while we weren't even in the same country, let alone town. All communication was excellent (very flexible - email, text, phone as needed depending on time zones and locations), and all the small details were covered without us having to follow up. Where to start? The headline: Jacqui and Ami are amazing. From the moment we first spoke to Jacqui about selling our property we knew we were in safe hands. The stress and anxiety just melted away. We were mid-reno and Jacqui did not see our house at its best, but she could see what we were aiming for. We followed all of her advice, we took advantage of her network of experts and sold our home for the price we were hoping for as well as on the (very tight) timescales that we had to buy our new property.
