Brayden was so helpful for us in buying our house. It was our first auction experience, Brayden helps us by taking our instructions and then bidding on our behalf and it was due to his bidding technique that we believe won us the house. We were very lucky to have him and his experience on our side and could trust he would only do as we wanted.
Brayden Coldicutt was proactive and professional in every interaction we had with him. His response times to emails and the professional manner in which he conducted himself took all the stress out of the contract period. I would not hesitate to recommend Brayden Coldicutt to anyone looking to put their property on the Market. Thanks Brayden.
Brayden made the experience of selling my home stress free, he explained everything in a manner that was easy to follow. Nothing was ever a problem for him and he had the knowledge and background to answer any questions l had. I would deal with him again if the need arose. A all round good experience
After selling through Brayden and knowing how Brayden works, it gave us trust in purchasing through him. Brayden is honest to vendor and the buyer. While working for the Vendor, Brayden also understood we where looking for a long term family home and nothing was going to hurry our choice, Brayden patiently worked with us and the final outcome was an awesome home and vendor and buyer walked away happy
Once again Brayden has done his job well and made us happy vendors. Price expectation was met and the sale process was seamless. Brayden works for the vendor and stands by his word. He is honest to the seller and the buyer, and is reliable, we are totally happy with Brayden and he continues to be our go to Agent
Brayden was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise often stagnant pond of real estate agents, his estimated value of our house was accurate, real and was in reach of our market valuation, he had to go some extra yards and put in extra effort to reach our goals, this was done without question. We are wrapped with the result and Brayden is now our go to Agent
Brayden and the Harcourts team did an awesome job with our sale last year! We were incredibly fortunate to be sold within 48 hours of going live, which meant we could secure our dream spot! Brayden was fantastic to work with, full of enthusiasm and passion for the job! Thank you Brayden and the Harcourts team for such a successful sale!
Had a fantastic experience selling my house with Brayden. He and his team made the experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. With Brayden’s great sense of humour and outstanding professionalism he made the whole process enjoyable while keeping us well informed on the progress of the sale. We couldn’t fault a single part of the experience and highly recommended him to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
We dealt with Brayden in both purchasing and selling our home. With both experiences we received fantastic service, insight and professionalism. Would absolutely work with Brayden again!
Brayden is a professional real estate consultant. He is friendly and easy to get on with. He has high standard of communication skills.
Impressed with Harcourts and particularly Brayden's team. The current market is very different from only 6 months ago. More availability, Rising interest rates and cost of living, etc. All this leads to a much slower market and downward pressure on sale prices. Brayden and the team marketed the property well and, I think, put good effort into the likely market segment. Would have liked a slightly better sale price but am happy to get completion.
Brayden was fantastic to deal with. His communication was timely & clear, his advice around setting a price at a time when the market was shifting quite quickly was spot on & helped move the sale forward process smoothly & efficiently. He was always available to answer any questions & we felt we got good value for money from working with Brayden & his wider team.
