Easy process

Team Coldicutt—especially Kane Salanoa, our agent—were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our home wasn’t even on the market when we put an offer on another property, yet they moved incredibly quickly and had it listed in no time once we were under contract. The entire process felt seamless. Kane kept us well informed every step of the way, was accommodating to our needs, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Persistance pays off. The team did not give up, desite this being a difficult market.

The group WhatsApp is an excellent way to keep the entire team in the loop and in keeping us, the nervous sellers reasonably comfortable. Whenever it felt like we were not moving ahead, Brayden was there with a supportive word as he worked hard to get the property sold. The price was not as good as we had hoped, but the sale price was its actual market value.
