Brayden was standout throughout our entire selling procedure. He did not stop working until he got an exceptional result for our family. His negotiating skills, and energy is amazing. I certainly recommend Brayden and his team to anyone thinking of selling soon. Give him a call. Thank you Brayden.

I had heard good things about Brayden from Harcourts and enlisted him to sell out house in 2021. He was great , gave honest opinions on how much the house would sell for and what we needed to do ( house had been a rental for 8 years ) .His marketing skills, professionalism and humour was a bonus and the sale was completed within 4 weeks , having gone to auction . Would definitely recommend Brayden and the team to any sellers.

We sold our beautiful family home with Brayden, after previously working with him on a previous property. Again, we engaged multiple agents, and again, Brayden was the best fit for us! He understood out family, what was the important factors for us as vendors, and worked to get us a fantastic outcome. We would definitely use Brayden again (and again!)!

We loved the dynamic approach taken to market our little home. We met with many agents, and found Brayden to be the perfect fit for us! Brayden answered all our questions, and ensured we understood the process. It wasn't always smooth sailing, however the outcome was brilliant in the end, and we felt supported throughout!

Very easy to deal with provided great service which made buying a house a breeze. With his humerus personality it made the process fun and stress free. We would definitely recommend Brayden as an agent.

Brayden and his team were amazing to work with. Communication was cruisy yet prompt and they always got onto everything fast and easy.

Everything was explained in detail in regards to the lead up to my house selling. Throughout the lead up I was informed weekly regarding the progress being made. Brayden and the other agents who took people through or were present at the open homes were professional in every aspect and I was kept informed of the results.

Brayden was helpful throughout the whole process of buying our new home! Nothing was ever an issue. So friendly and down to earth.

With selling a house being such a stressful time of life it was great to deal with an agent that could answer all your questions, calm your nerves and lift the mood. Brayden not only achieved this but sold the property inside a week. Just made it all so easy. Thanks Brayden. Go Team Coldicutt!!!!

Looked through the property with Brayden. He answered all the questions we had. Put in an offer and were successful first time. Very happy with how things went and the personal friendly approach from Brayden. Highly recommend him.

The current market is very difficult and Kath made sure that we were kept well informed at every step of the process. She was both friendly and efficient and always professional.

When we knew we were going to put our home on the market, we contacted Brayden without hesitation. We met him through his charity work and volunteering at different organisations and we knew we could trust him. He was professional, respectful and efficient and worked well with us as the vendor and potential purchasers. He always gave us all the information we needed and explained in full all of our options. The whole Team Coldicutt are a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and knowledgeable. Brayden sure knows how to get a sale over the line! We would definitely recommend Brayden to anyone that is considering selling their home!
