Sold both of our houses now! Put up with our millions of demands and late night txt and calls like a champ. Would 1000000% recommend

As a purchaser we found Kath to be most helpful. She worked in well with our agent and responded promptly to any Queries. I am sure her clients would reiterate our comments Regards Alan and Cheryl Mclean

Kane got a good result for us in difficult market conditions, very friendly and easy to deal with, super good communication and overall a great experience dealing with the Harcourts team.

After having sold my home I contacted Kath and told her what I was looking for. She took me straight to the house I ended up buying. This was after months of searching on-line on my own. I highly recommend Kath who was very professional and lead me through the purchasing process without any hiccups.

Brayden was easy to deal with and accommodating to my requests. I would highly recommend his services.

Kath is such a genuine person as well as a fantastic agent. She has been so supportive throughout this process and I'm so grateful to her and her team for their dedication and hard mahi to sell our house. Kath was so great at answering all my questions along the way and offered great advise which helped ease us through what is often a very stressful time. Thank you for helping us get sold 🙏 so so grateful!

Kath was a fantastic agent when buying my property. Nothing was ever a problem. She always went above and beyond what was expected. She listened, cared and communicated really well! I can highly recommend her as an agent.

Team Coldicutt went the extra mile for us. Our house took a little longer to sell, which suited us, but we were kept informed of the progress of our sale all the way through the process. Brayden's skill and professionalism came through with the price we needed for our property so we can move on to our next adventure Excellent service and communication that put us at ease with the whole transaction. We would highly recommend Brayden and his team and would look forward to working with them in the future.

We have been fortunate enough to purchase our first property in NZ recently. Kath Delaney from Harcourts provided us with excellent support, guidance and feedback during this process. She understood our needs when we first met her to show some houses and walked the road with us until we found the house that we will soon call home. Thank you Kath and Harcourts for the great service. You made the road an easy one.

Brayden made the whole process easy and painless. He delivered on what he outlined at the start and had great communication. I would highly recommend Brayden to anyone looking to sell a house in the future.
