Kane was an absolute superstar in selling our property! He diligently and professionally worked his way thru the multiple parties that were interested in our property and his communications with both us and the potential purchasers were second to none! In a difficult market Brayden and his team eventually achieved a result for us. On the market for 3 months with no offers at all, limited open home foot traffic and at the eleventh hour as we were considering pulling the property, he secured a buyer and negotiated a sale. Communication throughout was good and as promised written weekly updates were provided. In an area for improvement, we would have preferred brief post open home completion updates / discussion that same afternoon or later that same evening every time though. Overall - Job done.
