We had a limited number of days between viewing the property and auction day but Kat was super efficient at getting access to the property for additional inspections and had quick responses to all our queries - she made the process seamless.
I found Kat to be very knowledgeable of the market and our neighbourhood when we sold our house. Also, which was highly important to me was the fact she was so kind and approachable. Kat made us feel very comfortable in a stressful time. She was always there if we had any questions, so helpful. And having a laugh together definitely helps too.
