The lead agent within the team was Kat and from the very beginning when we were canvassing for an agent to the sold sign she was exceptional. Professional with humour and care. We met through the process Daniel and Branden. Daniel will do well and Branden’s excellent reputation is well known. We are so pleased we picked Team Coldicutt Harcourts.
Dom has good market knowledge and has a different approach in marketing ideas. He listens to what his clients want and is easily contactable.
Dom is very patient and accommodating. He is very good at keeping in touch. He went that extra mile for my purchase, that I very much appreciate.
We have brought and sold with 4 other companies. The biggest difference is the communication. Could not ask for better. Daniel is very professional along with the rest of the team. A big thanks to the team.
Daniel was very approachable and made sure to guide us through every step of the way keeping us informed on the whole process!
Recently we had the pleasure of working with Team Coldicutt in securing a property in Onekawa. The process required a few attempts, and with Brayden's patience, perseverance and guidance we reached a desirable out come.
We bought and sold this property team Coldicutt. The Communication with team coldicutt between everyone was great and Brayden going the extra mile to help us with getting a cc issue across the line in time was very appreciated by us. Thanks again team Coldicutt
Kat was a delight from the moment we met her. We felt very comfortable with her, and she understood our needs and was only a phone call away if we needed. We appreciated everything she did for us and the kids. Thanks, Kat, for helping us purchase our first home
Brayden and Kat were great to work with and as this was the first time we had sold property we were completely in the dark. The Harcourts team were so helpful and explained each step and all our options.
I really enjoyed working with Brayden and his team during the process of buying my first home. Brayden was very reliable and was very helpful with the whole process. Thanks again for everything you and the Coldicutt team did to make this happen !
If I had known beforehand how easy this process would be I would have downsized years ago. There’s a reason Braydon and his team are number one and I got to experience this first hand and couldn’t be happier. I got a fantastic price for my house, and secured my retirement forever home in a lovely location all stress free. I could not be happier and encourage anyone to sign up with Harcourts who won’t disappoint. Thank you again
