Paula wasn't our agent, but was the agent for the seller of the house we purchased. Paula played a key role in our purchase...the house we purchased was outside our "target" area. We held a bunch of negative assumptions on various aspects including the the distance for commuting and schools. Paula showed her knowledge of the area, with a scenario that really resonated with us; not only alleviating our concerns, but causing us to rewrite our priorities...4 months on, we continue to celebrate our purchase and are so thankful for Paula's advice. Paula was very courteous and helpful throughout the sale of this property. She returned my calls promptly and came to my house whenever I needed her. The negotiation process was a little slow and disfunctional to begin with as it was taking place over the Xmas/New Year period, so I became a little disconcerted. However once the holiday season came to an end the sale negotiating went quite smoothly and we reached an agreement quite swiftly. I would definitely recommend Paula to others if they were looking for an agent to buy or sell a property.

Presented the house factually without any hype. Highlighted positives for this property. New the neighborhood well and able to advise on likely demographics of the people living around. Paperwork associated with the offer presented promptly and accurately. Probably paid a bit more than I wanted to following counter offer, but that was my choice and absolutely no pressure from Paula. All went thru without a hitch.
