Presented the house factually without any hype. Highlighted positives for this property. New the neighborhood well and able to advise on likely demographics of the people living around. Paperwork associated with the offer presented promptly and accurately. Probably paid a bit more than I wanted to following counter offer, but that was my choice and absolutely no pressure from Paula. All went thru without a hitch.

Conor Duffy has been not only our Real Estate agent for selling our home but also our Buyers Agent. We have really appreciated Conor's honest and hands-on approach. Conor was incredible from the get go! The listing agent of the property was unavailable and I contacted Conor and within two hours I was viewing the property - keeping in mind this was in the middle of a COVID lock down makes this feat even more amazing. Upon arrival at the open home we found Paula very welcoming. She provided an overview of the house, and let wander through the property. Paula said should we have any questions to please let her know. We appreciated that Paula gave us our space to really look at a possible future home. When we went back for a second look Paula knew exactly who we were!
Due to other circumstances, our settlement was delayed, but Paula kept us up to date and helped us through the process. Will certainly call her when we got to sell :)

It took us close to a year to find the right property at the price we could afford and Paula was part of the whole process. We met her at one of the first homes we were interested in and month later we walked in on a house Paula was showing which we loved and she assisted us throughout the process.
