We reached out to Kane for a viewing, and he went above and beyond to help us find our first family home, he listened to what we were after and helped deliver the perfect property to get our little family onto the property ladder. Our experience finding a home was very stress free and enjoyable. Kane is not only a great agent but also a good bugger happy to help and answer any questions at any time of the day! We never felt pressured, and he has always been a step ahead helping us through the processes, would 100% recommend Kane as an agent for any buyer or seller.

Paula and her team were brilliant throughout the process. The communication was excellent. We had a few frustrating setbacks during the sale process, but each time Paula kept the positivity going and used her extensive network to set up new buyer opportunities almost immediately after someone droppes out. I can highly recommend Paula to anyone selling their home

Blair and Kristina were amazing to deal with during the recent sale of my home, it was not easy with the timing right before Christmas and with a lot of holidays during this time but we reached a great result. The team were always great at communicating through each step of the process and are all very easy to deal with. This is the second time I have used Blair and his team for selling my home and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Blair & Kristina were amazing to work with! They are super friendly, professional, and immediately made us feel at ease. They put more effort into our appraisal than other agents did. We were immediately sold! They had great communication and we never felt confused or out of the loop. They were very approachable, we felt comfortable asking lots of questions, they never made us feel stupid for asking obvious ones either. If you’re looking for professionalism, high work ethic, a great eye for detail and approachable no nonsense conversations Buying or Selling Let Blair and his team Pointon you in the right direction !!

Paula is the best. Great marketing and amazing comms. Quick campaign, auction, listed for price and sold not long after. Hustled amazingly for the sale and was quick - beautiful gift provided :) No need for any support on settlement or after, everything was sorted prior to this. Paula/ Dave/ Courtney worked amazingly as a team. Have already recommended Paula to about 3X people and will use her again in future. Thanks Team Wenham

Paula genuinely cares about people and their homes and moves; she engages authentically to achieve the best outcomes for everyone Her years of experience and community connections contribute to her evident expertise.

Kane's approachable manner meant we were comfortable to ask questions and learn from his market knowledge. Kane kept us appraised of market developments while we were listed, which enabled us to better understand market movement and consider what mode of sale best suited the market and our circumstances. Kane used multiple marketing channels to target our key demographic and was able to show us the marketing statistics to evidence reach of campaign. Finally, Kane kept us up to date on home showings, level of interest and of course offers. Thank you for your assistance Kane in selling our beloved home. Alex and Jonny

Kane reached out to me after seeing my listing online without an agent. He sounded convincing so I thought I'd let him try sell my house since it was in a difficult location to sell. I was pleasantly surprised that he sold it successfully in a reasonable timeframe considering the challenge of the property. He provided plenty of communication, was always professional, and was highly motivated to sell my house which earned us both the reward of a sale.

Paula sold our property at Bruntwood Road and helped us negotiate a great price on our new property. Paula and the team are amazing

Being that we are first home buyers and not knowing the market Kane and his team gave us the confidence to step outside our comfort zone. They were very professional and coached us through the steps to secure our home.We will be forever grateful and will not hesitate to endorse Kane Jacobson and team Blair Pointon to those looking to sell or purchase a property.

Blair and Johnny are both fantastic and make a great team. They knew what needed to be done to get the house ready for market, a marketing strategy that worked and a result that seemed fair for everybody. I thoroughly recommend them and wish them all the best.
