Selling our home was always going to be very emotive so finding someone who could manage this for us from a distance, as we are in Melbourne, was crucial. Paula was great to deal with with our house sale. We had had our property on the market a couple of times previously with another agency without a sale, and we were reluctant to go through the whole process again. We had spoken to Paula earlier in the year and she understood our reluctance to re-list. Paula managed to sell our house "off market" in a multi-offer situation and she achieved a fabulous result for us out of the blue. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell my little whare. Kane presented excellent knowledge of the current market and explained his findings very clearly. Our experience started approx. September last year whilst we were living in Omokoroa. The property was put up for sale whilst there were tenants occupying it. Blair and his team had to deal with as well as the sale not being at the best time from a Sales point of view. Notice was given to the tenants and the proposed sale was placed on hold until that time period had expired. An inspection of the deck area at the first floor level, was then undertaken, and a minor leakage was confirmed. The remedial works were designed and then priced. Further delays whist the works were undertaken. We moved to Cambridge in early April this year. Recently we signed a third agreement with Blair and his team and following that agreement a successful sale was completed. We found the dealings we had with Blair and his team were top notch and his contacts with us directly or through his team were first class. We have had something like 17 various sale and purchase agreements as well as 3 rent agreements since we were married and have found that Blair and his team are in the lead as far as performance is considered. Note that the market at the time we sold was not at its best.
