Blair is always incredibly professional and an excellent communicator. He has his finger on the pulse of the local market, is realistic in his approach and kept me up to date regularly with progress reports. Having been both a buyer and seller over the years, I would not hesitate to recommend Blair and his team every time!

The team was potentially too optimistic with price guiding at the start of the process but when it was needing to be sold they provided recommendations that got multiple offers in achieving a reasonable price.
