Sheree and Gerard have been fantastic during this whole process - great to communicate with including answering questions about the local area, easy to get hold of when needed and really willing to do what they could to make things go as smoothly as possible for all involved...which was especially notable as the timeframe from me seeing the property to settlement was quite short! Their shared expertise was invaluable in setting a timeline and even though with some things sometimes there's a sense of everything just falling into place, I have no doubt whatsoever that it all went as smoothly as it did because of the work Sheree and Gerard both put in. Both clearly care not just about such a big and daunting process reaching a positive end result, but making the process itself feel positive too.
