If you are nervous or procrastinating (as we were) about selling your property, Shannon is the agent you should call. From the outset she has made us feel at ease, informed and important. Always honest and in the real estate climate that we have experienced in past months always kept us positive and up beat with her bright, bubbly persona. Never over bearing or pressuring us into decisions that didn't suit us. If you are buying, she will be 💯 % beside you with that too if you need her. No question was ever too big, or too silly. We really are amateurs in this process and are so thankful we had her guidance all the way. We would recommend her to family, friends or strangers without hesitation. Choosing to work with Jacki to sell our property in Stratford was an absolutely fantastic decision. It was obvious from the moment we met her that she has brilliant knowledge of the area, already had a good strategy in mind for how to market our property and had bags of personality. It's really important to us to have a really good rapport with the person we trust to sell our asset and Jacki is a wonderful person. Not only did she get us a sale quickly and inline with our expectations in a downmarket but she was there for us to help us with all sorts of different things as we worked towards settlement. She kept in touch with us from day one to settlement and confirmation that we had settled effectively. Jacki was there to help us get a plumber and gardener at last notice to ensure an effective settlement. Her local knowledge and connections are second to none.
